The web page includes information about the school, children's writing and art etc and some photographs or video images of children. The content will change from time to time.

Your child's photograph and work can only be included with your permission. Only first names and photographs - never addresses or confidential information will be included.

Please complete the form below and return it to your child's teacher. If circumstances change  you may cancel this authority simply by contacting the school.
