Enrolment Guide

Children who will be 5 years old by the 30^th April in their first school year are eligible for primary school enrolment.

In order to complete an enrolment, you will need to bring:

• Birth Certificate - Extract of Entry or original certificate no photocopies.
   
• Immunisation Certificate

ONLY obtained from your local council office:
City of Hobsons Bay Council Chambers
Ferguson Street
Williamstown (next to the Williamstown Town Hall)
For phone enquiries – 9932.1000 ask for the Health Department

• Child’s Passport & Visa (if not born in Australia)

Enrolments cannot be accepted without all the correct documentation.
